Announcement yesterday of $67.4 million in federal funding for the Burke Mountain Community Centre.
Along with the $10 million from the Province will allow this 80,000 sq ft facility to open in 2029. 
It will feature a 6 lane pool, double gym, fitness centre, multipurpose spaces, and a 3rd branch of the Coquitlam Public Library!
